Are My Belongings Insured Against Loss & Can You Upgrade Your Cover?

Express My Stuff sends live tracking every step of the way i.e when your parcel left Orlando for example and arrived in Cincinnati for onward distribution to Europe.

Not only do we offer complimentary cover on every bag, we will send you free luggage holders if you are in the UK if your collection is 2 days or more away. We will even post your free luggage holders COMPLIMENTARY to a UK address.

Our Complimentary Cover was created in the unlikely event a shipment was to get lost and we will work with you to make any claim against the carrier.

Guide to Cover Levels
We ship luggage for customers who are relocating, students on internships, companies, and even Airlines. We have huge experience shipping luggage for students who are Disney bound on a work placement as even one of our own staff has been through the process.

Prior to the payment page, you can increase your cover for your own peace of mind, and still can, after a confirmation of order by e-mailing

GBP: £60.00 included. Upgrade options: £120 for £5. £250 for £10 and £400 for £20.00

If you still require additional protection before traveling please ensure you have adequate travel, home or item specific insurance in place. We recommend you have this anyway.

Cover Limitations
Our Cover is not an insurance product based on individual circumstances and it is important you are aware of its limitations. We do not replace travel, home or item specific (for example sports equipment, medical or musical instrument) insurance and we ask all customers to ensure you have appropriate insurance in place against loss, damage and delay to suit your own particular circumstances.

- Our service is designed for an average suitcase of mixed personal effects. The maximum any individual item will contribute to any claim payment will be limited to £250. For example if a suitcase covered to £1500 was being claimed for you would need to claim for a minimum of 6 items with a like for like replacement value at or above £250. If you are sending items valued above £250 please ensure your own insurance has you covered.

Claim Process
In certain instances you may be required to complete a claim form which will be forwarded to you. The Waybill should be referred to on all correspondence.

Supply of Your Supporting Documentation
If you are the manufacturer or supplier, the submitted proof of value should be the wholesale or manufactured cost (i.e. your cost), less VAT, where applicable.
