Oversize/Overweight Notification

Every shipment is scanned whilst transiting through the automated section of the network and measured and weighed accordingly. In the event your item has been scanned and is recorded as being larger or heavier than the weight allowance that was purchased, we will ask you for the difference in cost. This difference in cost will be no greater than what it would have cost had it been recorded, but you do risk a delay within the network if the measurements and weights are not accurately recorded.
